　1992年創業。エンスージアストであるDon BurtがMarlin Roadsterの権利を取得し、Ford Sierraのコンポーネントを利用したトラディショナルなスタイルのスポーツカーRomeroを90年代末に完成させた。2002年末にはLotus 7 typeのスポーツカー"F27 (Formula 27)"を発表、同タイプのレプリカとしては、パワートレーンにオートバイのエンジンを用いる先駆的な存在であった。その後、F27はFord Zetecエンジンを搭載し、根強い支持を獲得する。
　しかしながら2004年9月、Don Burtが高齢を理由に、70歳の誕生日を以って事業を終了することを発表。F27およびその派生モデルKRはImage Sports Carsへ、それ以外のトラディショナルモデルはAquila Sports Carへと一切の権利を譲渡し、2006年に事業を終了した。
